Filmen 'Underverden 2' er fortsættelsen til den danske action-thriller Underverden fra 2017. I den første film gik lægen Zaid på et blodigt hævntogt i den københavnske underverden, efter hans bror var blevet banket.
I 2'eren får Zaid muligheden for at komme tidligere ud af fængslet, men på én betingelse; at han hjælper PET med at skaffe informationer om det hemmelige bandemiljø i den københavnske underverden. Zaid øjner muligheden for at blive genforenet med sin søn, så han takker ja til samarbejdet uden at tænke over konsekvenserne... For at begå sig i den såkaldte underverden er bestemt ikke for sarte sjæle.
I 'Underverden 2' er Dar Salim tilbage i rollen som Zaid, mens han spiller overfor Birgitte Hjort som PET-agent og Soheil Bavi som den nye kriminelle mastermind. Filmen er atter instrueret af Fenar Ahmed.
