Den danske film 'RÅPLAN' er den længe ventede efterfølger til ungdomsklassikeren 'Råzone' fra 2006.
Da Christina vender tilbage som lærer til den skole, hvor hun selv engang var elev, bliver hun konfronteret med en fortid, hun troede, hun havde lagt bag sig. I klassen møder hun 16-årige Mathilde, der efter sin mors død bor på et bosted.
Et voldsomt sammenstød mellem de to bliver starten på en intens magtkamp, der hurtigt bevæger sig langt ud over klasselokalet. Chikane, hemmeligheder og løgne eskalerer, mens Mathildes verden langsomt falder fra hinanden, og Christina tvinges til at kæmpe mod de sider af sig selv, hun troede, hun havde efterladt for mange år siden.
Laura Christensen spillede Christina i 'Råzone' og vender tilbage som samme karakter i denne efterfølger. Ella Testa Kusk spiller den unge Mathilde og senest været biografaktuel med 'Julemandens Datter 3'.
