Filmen 'Anaconda' er en ny komedie med Jack Black (En Minecraft Film) og Paul Rudd (Ant-Man).
Doug og Griff har været bedste venner, siden de var børn, og har altid drømt om at genskabe deres yndlingsfilm: kultfilmen ”Anaconda”.
Da en midtvejskrise tvinger dem til endelig at gå efter drømmen, begiver de sig dybt ind i Amazonas for at starte produktionen op.
Men produktionen bliver lidt for virkelig, da en kæmpeanakonda dukker op og forvandler deres i forvejen kaotiske filmset til en dødsfælde. Drømmen om den film, de ville dø for at få lov til at lave? Den drøm kan med stor sandsynlighed gå i opfyldelse!
