I dramaet 'I Swear' fortælles den sande historie om en sand ener, John Davidson.
Som 15-årig blev han diagnosticeret med Tourette-syndrom og stemplet som “sindssyg” af sine jævnaldrende, mens han kæmpede med en lidelse, de færreste dengang forstod.
Som voksen fandt han sit livsformål ved at kæmpe for større viden, forståelse og accept af Tourette-syndrom.
