The 2017 Super Bowl is set for Feb. 5, 2017 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. It’s the third time the game will be played in Houston, and it’s the second time the venue will host the contest. The Panthers just missed out on making their only two Super Bowl appearances in the same stadium, considering they lost to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVIII at NRG Stadium, which was then called Reliant Stadium
